Product Details And Customers Address does not show in paypal

Hi To All
I have set up paypal.Working fine Apart from 2 problems.It does not show customers address and order detais shows up in pure html code.I have check and recheck paypal set up.I do receive confirmation emails in admin with order detail but not in my email inbox.Help Needed urgently.Thanks in advance.
