Why is my Tax always showing 0.00 ?

I am not able to get sales tax to display; that is the value is always $0.00

I made triple-sure that "Admin->Locations/Taxes" was configured correctly, and it is.

I tried setting "Admin->Configuration->My Store->Display Prices With Tax" to TRUE, and product prices are not displayed with tax either.

I did install Heather Gardner's local sales tax mod but a lot of people use that, I'm sure. Provided I installed that correctly, it should not be the source of the problem.

I am also using a modded version of the group discount pricing mod. I don't see how I could have done anything to 'break' the sales tax, though.

I guess I could re-install the original unmodded store and see if it works there, but is there any advice someone has so that I don't have to do that? That's a PITA.

It does not give me an option to select the various options for different zones.

Does anyone have an answer to this issue? What am I missing? Thank you for your assistance!

Yeah, so my own stupidity got the best of me. :censored: I had selected the incorrect country, so (obviously) the correct regions did not display. I am still not getting the correct tax to show, still showing $0.00. I will report back when I have figured that one out.

Within each of the products, you need to select the 'Tax Class:' to have taxes added to each product. After that your taxes should display correctly.
