Group Pricing - Different Quantity Discount

I'm on Zen Cart 1.3.7.1. Here's what I'm looking to do...I have one product that sells at the following price points to the public:
Quan Price
1-2 $14.99
3-4 $13.33
5-9 $13.00
10-24 $12.50
25-49 $11.99
50-99 $11.25
100+ $10.75

What I'd like to have is a group for "Distributors" where they can purchase products in lots of 25 at a set price, say $10 each, or basically $250 for the lot. How can I set this up?

Basically, ZC would have to see that Customer A is logged in and is a member of Distributors and give a different pricing structure. Is this possible?

On one of my sites, we have a way for customers to log in as retail, church, or wholesale. Depending on how they log in, they receive no discount, 20%, or 50%. We have thousands of products all priced different.

On another site, we have just one type of product all priced at 9.99. If you buy 10, there is a 50% discount, if you buy 101 or more there is a 60% discount. This mod was included in the above link.
