Google Analytics showing main_page=shopping_cart&number_of_uploads=0

Hi all,
I have something wierd that I want to show everybody. My site is working fine and I have analytics installed. In my top exit pages I have an entry for:

index.php?main_page=shopping_cart&number_of_uploads=0

it shows 199 page views in a month. How would one arrive at this screen?
