Adding / Removing Items from an Order

I had a customer place an order for two items. However, one of the items is not longer available from my supplier. Therefore, I need to remove that item from her order and substitute a different product. Is this possible and if so how?

No. Zencart doesn't do that natively.

Why don't you want to install the mod?

I have no problems installing the mod. I just wasn't sure if there was anything else that would allow me to do this, such as Super Orders, which I already have installed.
