How do I remove extra space on home page?

How do I change the amount of space inbetween "home" and my first paragraph on the home page? I removed the welcome message and now have too much white space. Here is a link to my page https://www.mytinydog.com/home/

I think most of the problem comes from the placement of the photo of Flash. Try placing it lower on your page. It looks to me that in your defines/main page, you placed the image code, then started your paragraph.
I would check to see if that is the case, and move the picture below your text.

The first thing you need to do is decide which stylesheet you want to use. Zencart loads all stylesheets in the CSS folder, and you have 3 which are fighting each other. Move the two you don't want to use to a different folder or rename them to something other than .css.
