How to Duplicate/Mirror a Store on the Same Server/Account

I always test my upgrades on a separate server. Usually my own computer. Then apply the changes to the live server when ready: http://www.zen-cart.com/entry.php?3-How-do-I-rebuild-my-site-on-the-new-version-instead-of-upgrading
Exact same thing when experimenting with customizations and/or adding plugins. Same procedure applies.

Re: How to Duplicate/Mirror a Store on the Same Server/Account

Hi everyone, we are opening a new store in LA, the new website is setup, however zencart is exactly the same as the old store in NY.

Does anyone know how to separate zencart, so that we have 2 separate shopping carts, 1 for LA & 1 for NY?

I would appreciate any advise or direction anyone has.

Thanks
