Only first order going through....multiple quantities being ignored

I've got a problem where my client just told me he's getting orders for multiple quantities of a certain product, in this case a subscription to a Granola of the Month club and only the first item is going thru to PP Express Checkout. Not all of them. So if they order two subscriptions, PP only gets one. How do I fix this?

Very difficult to help when we have no idea what version of Zen Cart or how the shop is set up ... not to mention the stock code doesn't support "subscriptions" ... more details?

It's the most up to date build and I'm aware there's no way to sell actual :subscriptions' so it's being sold just like any other item in the cart.

As for how the shop is set up? I don't understand what you mean by that as that could mean a lot of different things. Please elaborate further.

OK, I just found out that it is indeed subscriptions he's trying to sell and wants it where month by month it charges a set amount to the credit card. ZC can't do this? Is there some kind of plugin?

No, that's not built-in, and as far as I know there's no mod for that process. Many merchant account providers offer a recurring billing feature, though.
