Filter results by? how it works?

Hello everyone, Sorry if this so normal.
But i really can't find the same problems in this FAQ. I'm new on zc.

how to display all product on certain2 subcategory without using 'filter result by' (Include Product Listing Alpha Sorter Dropdown)?
Because everytime i try use filter or even disable it, i still got no result. please help me:blush:

Did i missing something?

finally i can fix it. its my mistake, change the php code...now it back to normal.
