Feeling so dumb right now

I am not sure what has happened to my store and I can't seem to fint the source of the problem but the page is gone just the background is showing :blink:

I left it a while back to tend to few other things and when I came back now (2 weeks later) to continue building it I found it looking like this. So it can not have been something I did.
