issue replacing images

I am using Photoshop to improve the jpg images to look consistently the same size and changed the resolution but cannot seem to upload them correctly.

The original image name was say image.jpg but I renamed it to imageold.jpg. then I uploaded the improved image.jpg. However, the improved image.jgp takes on the properties of the imageold.jpg.:wacko:
I also tried deleting the original image.jpg and then uploading the new one image.jpg and the same thing happens.

Sound like a browser caching problem
Clear your browsers cache, Ctrl-F5

Could also be you isp caching the images on their server

BTW, you may find very usefull to automate your product image workflow by using the photoshop script generator at www.kidsavenue.ch/zencart

Have a try and let me know.
