Hi,
I am running a Zen Cart 1.3.8 site and using Zipship and Zonetable Shipping options.

I had a programmer working on my site who then disappeared off the face of the earth and left me hanging.

He did something to my site because now no matter who orders something on my site, their proper shipping cost shows up on the checkout_shipping page but ALSO above their Shipping Cost - this message appears:

Sorry. Free Shipping not available in your area.

I have searched for over a week and cannot find any help online and cannot figure out how to get this message to stop appearing above the customer's correct Shipping Cost.

Is there anyone out there who could help???

Look in the Modules ... Shipping ...

Which shipping modules are INSTALLED?

Any that show the Sort Order are installed ...

You want any that are installed and not in use to be REMOVED ... as in don't just edit the module and set the Enable to false/off ...

I only have the 2 Shipping Modules installed so there's nothing to change - here are my shipping modules:

1. zipship (sort order is 0)
2. zonetable (sort order is 10)

This is driving me nuts!

By default neither comes with Zen Cart ...

It could be a setting on either one of those causing this ...
