I' a novice & having issues with IE7

I've installed ver 1.3.8 along with the Arch Shoppe template. I am very green when it comes to troubleshooting code problems, but can usually do the corrections when pointed in the right direction.
The problem I'm having is that in Safari my site looks normal, but in IE7 all of the fonts on the entire page are huge. Where would be a good starting place to begin cleaning up the IE display so people using IE can shop my site?

Switch to the clasic template and see if the issue persists

If not, then an updated stylesheet to a more current version(date stamp) might be in order

Under the classic template it's normal again. Would I go where I downloaded the Arch Shoppe template for the revisions I need?

I would venture that the author of this template has not kept it updated....

You can first insure that you have local backups of the current stylesheet and leave the one on your host there BUT change the extention for it to something other than .css i.e. .sav

Grab a copy of the stylesheet for the classic template and edit it to include pointings/settings from your current template css file. Save & upload

Might have to do this is small steps to insure that your changes do not break the display as in small steps you only have say 5 items that you changed per step to determine any issues with
