Mod for alternate thumbnail?

Hi, is there a mod, or existing feature, so that I can have a different image as the thumbnail than the main image? I looked through all the plugins but could see anything apart from a HTML editer that didn't sound quite right.

By default, Zen Cart uses a 3 image system.

base image (small)
medium
large

As long as the image name is the same it can be a totally different image
