Home and Log-in - how to move?

Can anyone explain to me how i can move "HOME" and "LOG IN" which are presently in the top left corner to the position just above the search bar on the right. (searched for hours but i cant get it to work :S)

I would also like to put my banner flush to the top of the screen.

I appreciate your reply,before i install this mod do you think there is a chance that i can mess up my site...i had to start over and install zencart 3 times already because of mistakes during mods etc...

Concerning the slow loading time...do you think that if i put my pictures a little smaller it will help considerably ?

Is there a trick or something i can do to make it load faster without changing the size of the images,i like large pictures, many sites have larger pictures than that and their pages load way quicker...

If you check out my site the second time does it load faster since its in your chache ? let me know ;-)

I have made some modifications to my tpl_header.php file ,if i replace it with the one that you proposed i will lose that info....Is there another way to move "home" and log-in" ?

You can merge the 2 or just get it and look as the elements are all that are placed into a different order...

I tried the tpl_header file and it removed my company banner on top ,placed home about in the center and removed log-in...can i just a add a file lines of code or change the order like you said but so that i brings my banner flush to the top of the screen and moves the "home" and "log-in" links to the right side over the search box ?
