Digital Downloads Working? / Pay What You Want?

Hey

I used to have version 1.3.7.1 of zencart but had a problem where digital downloads always messed up and zips were corrupt etc.
At the time alot of people seemed to have the problem and there didnt seem to be any certain fix.

Does the latest version of Zencart solve these problems?

Also... Is it possible to set the downloads up as "Pay What You Want?" Basically have the customer decide on the price?
If so how would i go about it

Thanks for your help :)

Re: Digital Downloads Working? / Pay What You Want?

Digital downloads have generally worked fine for most users. The cases where there have been problems have almost always been traced back to a problem with the server the site was hosted on.

As for allowing customers to make donations, a very simply way is to set up a product whose price is one dollar, and let them choose the quantity they desire.
