Setting Up the Login Page

I am fairly new to Zen and am wondering how I go about setting up the Login page. Customers are able to set up an account but they cannot log in.

On my home page there are links across the top and the farthest right one is "Login" .
When I click on Login, it brings me to a blank page. How do I go about adding the proper fields into this space?
ie.
Enter Your Email Address: ................
Enter Your Password: ..............

You don't need to add anything - that blank page means there's something wrong with one or more of your files, in this case, probably create_account.php or tpl_create_account_default.php

I've tried the suggestions. I am able to create an account with no difficulty and the user is signed in after creation. The issue is when I first come to the site and try to "Login". I click the link and it leads me to a page with no fields to enter the information and therefore I cannot log in to the site. The information entered in the "My Account" link is registered but cannot be entered to log in.
I am new to Zen and am taking over for someone that has done the initial set up.
