Need a Zone Table Rate Clone??

I'm using the zone table based on price for USA, Canada (other countries to be added when I figure this out). I use price based tables. But I'd like to offer Standard, Priority, Express for all my zones. I used the table rate clone addon which is fine for the US, but I need the zone rate table to specify each country. Is there an easy way to clone the zone table a few times?

BTW - I also am looking for a fix to have my shipping table rate determined by total cost - coupon. I posted already about it and haven't got a response.
