Can't find where to change text

Help, I am lost. I moved and need to change my address on my contact us page, but can't find it. I tried the Define Pages Editor, but only part of the text seems to be there. I have to remove my old address, but don't know where to delete it. It's here:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
