How I can get rid or this warning message?

I have just set my template for my zen cart but now the security message keeps showing at the top of my home page ! I did everything needed to stop that message by changing the permission for the catalogue configure.php and in the admin folder as well from 777 to 644 or 444 but nothing changed ,any cleu where would be the glitch ?

You are probably using your ftp program to set the permissions. This says it works but actually doesn't work.
As the message says you should use cpanel or equivalent to set the permissions
