Love this Design - How to do??

I am way over my head here - mostly because I do not have alot of time to learn and read up.

I went to this site http://www.ilovenybagels.com which was featured under Live Showcase Shops and I really want to know how to design the product pages to flow like theirs.

I want my products to be in a simple list with add to cart on one page like this. Don't want to go to a separate page for each product in order to add to cart.

I bought the Zencart ebook - and if someone could at least give me a clue where I might find customizing information in this - I would be very grateful. Its 4:00 in the morning and this is the only time I have to spend on this - so you can see I am pretty desperate. Must get site up and running and get off eBay.
