Aust Post - same price for 1kg as 4kg

I have a problem with my Aust Post module calculating 1kg packages at the same price as a 4kg package.
My products are 29x14x5 and all 1kg each. Its fine if a cust orders 1 product, but 2 or more gives the same price?
Any idea why its not calculating multiple items ?
