Why would my website look differently on one computer versus another?

I have two computers that I work with. When I make changes on one, they don't always show up on the other or take a lot longer to show up. For instance, my top banner image file was changed. It is updated on one computer but still displays the old banner on the other machine.

Why wouldn't my site look the same on both?

You may have to refresh your browser (Ctrl - F5) and/or clear the browser cache to see the changes.

I've refreshed and rebooted, on this computer it still shows the old banner. It's not a huge deal.

What banner do you see? The green band at the bottom should match the rest of the site.

I see a limey green band across the very top with your links in it and the same band at the bottom with only the home link in it. The standard footer info is below that with a green that matches the general page.

Check how your cache is set up on each browser for each computer.
