HELP: Lost Formatting due to permissions update

I had the crazy idea to update the permissions in all my INCLUDES directory and files. currently they are "744" in my MAC.

So after that happened, I go back to my website and it is missing most of the formatting.. please visit it and you will see that is missing all background colors, text alignments, etc..

I uploaded again the CSS that had the correct formatting but when refreshing the website nothing happens.. please help!

The folders must be 755 (read,write,execute - read,execute - read,execute).

744 does not permit execute.

Best to change the permissions via your host c-panel, not via your mac.

Resetting your permissions to proper values is the first thing to fix.
