apply one attribute to more than one product?

Can an attribute be applied to more than one product? Right now I have an attribute with 6 pricing options and quantity options displayed in a drop down menu for my first product.

When applying attribute to second product, I have to select the attribute in left side column, then choose qty attribute and price from right side, click insert and do this for remaining 5 other qty / pricing attributes. Id like to know if theres a way to add the attribute group from one product to another without having to select each option name and option value, being theres 6 total options in my drop down menu. It would be great to be able to apply an entire pricing attribute from one product to another with just a click or two.

I hope this makes sense. ???

Possible to add existing attributes from products or categories, via admin...look at a product or category that has
attributes to copy over...look far right..small icons...mouseover them until you see Attributes.

  1. Go to Admin / Catalog / categories and products

Now here it separates for products and categories

4. click copy in "Copy Attributes to another product from "your product here" if you wish to only do one product
5. select "Delete first, then copy new attributes" then select which product you need to copy all attributes too

Product to Categories
4. click copy to in "Copy Attributes to another category from:"your product here" if you wish to only do one product
5. select "Delete first, then copy new attributes" then select which category you need to copy all attributes too

Hope this helps someone else :)
