Firefox & IE - Product Text Box Not Aligning Properly

This is what our product page looks like in Firefox:

Any ideas why it's screwing up that text box in IE and how to fix it? I would add in a line break, but I can't figure out where the code is stored...and that might screw it up in firefox!

(P.S. I removed the XXX maximum characters line and it's still shoving the box all the way to the one side.)

It's IE7, and Firefox v3.0.3.

I loaded the cherry zen template on another site without all the customization on our current site and still having the problem... you can view that site here:

By the way, I swapped back to the stock template for zen cart and it still has the same problem, so it doesn't appear to be something that the cherry zen template messes up.

Did you view the default install link sent to you?

I did, but it doesn't have a text box so I can't see if that looks any different.

I did a totally fresh install here, with the default template:

It is still not putting a line break after the "Desired Layout & Text:" and before the "400 maximum characters allowed" line & box in Internet Explorer.... but it does in Firefox. At least on my computer (version 7.0.6001.18000 of Internet Explorer).

So it doesn't appear to be an issue with the customization -- I just need to figure out how to get a line break between the description and the text box to show up in IE.
