How to fix shopping cart checkout

Hello,

I recently completed the set-up of my online store with Zen Carts. Everything works great except for my checkout page.
For some reason my logo in my header, feature images, and footer images do not appear on my checkout page.
What file or settings do I have to adjust to correct the problem with the layout?
