"add to cart" not working

Hello, my "add to cart" button is not working with internet explorer but it works perfectly fine with mozilla firefox. can someone help me out with this thanks:clap:

Your URL? The Zen Cart version you are using? What Addons have you installed?

This is usually a symptom of faulty CSS causing another element to be laid over the top the add to cart button. IE is more picking about recognizing clicks when this happens. But it's impossible to be more specific (or even certain that this is the cause) without, as Kim says, actually seeing the site.

my site is https://www.greenformulae.com but i have removed the additional add to cart working because I wasnt able to fix it. thanks anyway! I dont think i installed any addons

If you don't have any add-ons then it will almost certainly be a CSS issue, but as you have removed the symptom, there's not really anything that we can do to track back to the problem.

We found this problem, where specifically the Add To Cart button was not working in IE for some products, but not all. This was due to the content of the Product Item's Description field which appears before the Add To Cart form.

If the users were using the HTMLAREA editor to enter the description, after a few edits and cuts & pastes the actual content would eventually become convoluted with irregular combinations of code.

We just need to go in and remove all non-text from the description and update the product.

Again, we found this to be true when some, but not all, of our product Info/Add to Cart buttons weren't working. But IE is definitely not forgiving.
