Flat rate for local customers

I have set up the shipping zones table with great success, however local charges are significantly less and would like to offer a flat rate for local customers. In the flat rate module I can see the option 'shipping zone - if a zone is selected, only enable this shipping method for that zone' however the dropdown list only offers Florida. Since I live in Australia that really doesn't help me! Does anyone know how I can offer a flat rate for Australian residents only??

You could make a Zone of your own ... just like the Florida example ...

Locations / Taxes ... Zones Definitions ...
Click Insert ...

Please enter the new zone information

Zone Name: Australia zone name

Description: Austrailia Description

Click Insert ...

Click Details ...

Click Insert ...

Please enter the new sub zone information

Country: Australia

Zone: All Zones

Go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on Flat Rate flat shipping module and click Edit ...

Set the Zone to your new zone that you made for: Australia zone name

Or whatever you called it ...

Now only those in Australia will see the Flat Rate shipping module ...
