how can I remove the new products section from this page:

Try admin - configuration - index listings - show new products on main page - set to 0.

This didn't work for me. :no: It still shows the New Products centerbox. When I did the Main Page, it removed it from my Home page but not from the Categories page.

This worked for me: Show New Products on Main Page - Category with SubCategories

I set it to 0. Now the new products show on the Home page but not on the categories page. :clap:
