Australian Postcodes & freight rates. HELP PLS

I am in Australia and require to add post codes and weight's for postage costs. I have installed a addon of Australian Postage, Can anyone help me to do this, i have no idea what to do from here. we currently have no freight charges on our zen cart https://www.primealternatives.com.au Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
