blank check out page on only one product

Why does everything work fine when checking out downloads, but the new solid product results in a blank check out page?

I've been through the debugging process, with nothing helpful.

Any ideas?:blink:

When you say solid do you mean physical as in you cannot get to the checkout_shipping page? :unsure:

When I set up the store, I had only music and pdf downloads for sale, but now I have a real book.
You can check out with only downloads in the cart, but when you add the book, or only have the book in the cart, you get a blank check out page.

I finally found the problem - unexpected syntax error in /shopping_cart.php on line 13.

Did the log specifically say it was in the "language" file?

It was in /zencart/includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php.

Puzzling.
Perhaps the file is damaged on the server, and re-uploading the original version of the file might resolve the problem?
