Creating an option to 'view all' or a certain number in product listings

I am currently moving over to zen from oscommerce. I had an option to view by amounts of products, i.e. view all, 10, 20, etc. I'd like to get this functionality in zen, but don't have a clue to go about it.

Does anyone have a clue to make a dropdown in the product listings for this?
