Trouble Changing Define Pages

I am working with Define Pages and I wanted to change the name of a page in Tools/Define Pages Editor and Configuration/Define Page Status. By changing the php docs that I have listed below I have been able to change the name in Tools/Define Pages Editor but not in Configuration/Define Page Status and it did not appear in Tools/Layout Box Controller. I was working under the assumption that if I changed every instance of where that doc was mentioned (Page 2 for example) that it would change it in every ZC interface. Am I missing something or am I trying to do something that is not possible?

I tried Editable Sidebox 1.0 hoping that this would work for me and it showed up in Tools/Define Pages Editor and Tools/Layout Box Controller but not in Configuration/Define Page Status. After I turned it on in the Layout Box Controller not only did it not show up on my store front the boxes that were on that side disappeared.

BTW, for some reason the Template Override system is not working for me. I tried to use it in includes/languages/english where there is a classic folder and it did not work the 3 times I tried it.
