cannot checkout, just keeps loading, all the sudden....

We had our last order an hour ago, now all the sudden we got a call that our shipping estimate button opened an empty window, not believing I tried it and they were right! Now I am trying to checkout and from this page: https://midwestapplianceparts.com/shopping-cart/ when I click the checkout button, it just keeps loading and loading and won't go to the next page.... any ideas? we have been getting orders all night, but all the sudden this happened....

now it just went through... could this be from trying to connect with UPS? because our shipping estimator was taking forever to pull up to.

If your shipping module cannot reach the rateserver, yes it can stop the checkout.

it seems like it was getting caught up getting the shipping rates from UPS, would that make it hang up?

YES- no rates returned = dead checkout

Try Display as Listing on Shopping Cart Page instead of the button and see what happens.

If it displays it is most likely a file corrupted or missing.

Also try using this debug utility http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_54&products_id=860 and see if it comes back with any errors.

UPS server appears to be working ...

I was coming back to say the same thing but after seeing 3 websites working UPS seems to be working as of now.

Hopefully for this store that was the only issue :smile:
