How do I include a Free service with every product purchased at checkout?

Hi there

We have an online shop that is selling music instruments and accessories. However, we would like to include (at the checkout), an automatic line that says here is your free lesson voucher at 0 charge with your instrument purchase. Note, this is only for instrument and not accessories. Is there a way of including this line automatically at check out when someone purchases an instrument?
