Export to Google Base

we just got a zencart site up and most of the products have been input. Now I'd like to know how to get the products into Google Base. I've read that this is possible...but the question now is how does a newbie like me get it done?

Click on the "Free Software Add Ons" link above. Enter Google Base in the search base. Download the Google Base add on. Follow the instructions inside the release package.
