question on the big royalmail module-zones

Hi, all,
i am installing the BRM, and all is going well, until i get to ;
"what now has to be done to get the zones working correctly" If i click on postal zone 1 UKZR: zone 1 mainland UK > details i have United kingdom all zones. whaich is what it says i shoild have.
zones 2 and 3 are also correct.
It then says to add the correct postal areas of the UK to the zones? What do i do here?

It then goes on to say that for zone 1, you should have the United Kingdom and Scotland, Wales and England?

I am lost on both counts
Can someone pleas guide me in the right direction.
