How do I know which Paypal mod I need?

I need to know the differences between Express and Pro. Is there a place that says which does what?

I am selling a simple product. Only about 10 products max on the whole site. Which should I install?

Use PayPal Pro if you subscribe to PayPal merchant account for credit card processing - otherwise use Website Payment standard or Express if you want that.

Express= more reliable, but customers must have PP account
IPN: less reliable

PaymentPro: can accept CC number directly on site.
