Have removed for moment because additional images do not work correctly.
Visited your site...what do you have installed?

Looks good...

Re: Image Magnifier

Yes
Magic zoom
Light box
ImageHandler2 (for uploading additional images)

I have now changed the code so that mouse-over magnify only happens in the main image area and the additional images work from Light Box. I have also added addtional text defines to for the instructions under the images. I love it!! I am so proud of my self.

Yes, you have done very well adding text and implementing
magiczoom, with both lightbox and IH2..

Did you purchase magiczoom or is that the demo version
you have installed?

Re: Image Magnifier

First of all there isn't a difference between demo and the paid version. Only difference is if you use the demo on a commercial site you get the black vertical bars on your site :-).

I have started with demo prior purchasing to find out if I could do what I wanted to do. Now I have done it, I don;t think I will bother opening the original zipped version as I do not want to stuff up what I've got. BTW paid version is very pricy. I have seen this somewhere else being sold , so I am not sure who actually owns it ?? you know how it works .. at least I am safe ..I think.

Hey magic zoom people if you are listening, Am I missing out on the paid version any of the features ??

Hope not ....

Re: Image Magnifier

Installed and got it to work, Thanks Alot.

Only problem I have is that now you cant click on the image to view the larger pic. Would it be complicated have it where the larger image would open when they click on the zoom box?

Re: Image Magnifier

There are 2 free modules available:
jqzoom
jqlightbox
together they will do exactly what you want.

Re: Image Magnifier

OK,
I downloaded and installed it again. The error messages went away, but nothing is working. I turned on JQlightbox and still nothing. There is no option to turn on jqzoom any more. Lightbox is set to product_info.

Re: Image Magnifier

Again kudos to you for your fast replies. I really appreciate it.

https://www.altisreef.com

It was working before I added the lightbox. I remember overwriting a file or 2 that were already installed with jqzoom.

Re: Image Magnifier

I downloaded it again to make sure it was current. Installed it again and ran the sql. Now I am getting the option to turn it on, but it still doesnt work even when on.

Does if matter if I use 'product_info' or product info?

Re: Image Magnifier

I did it twice more. Should I run it from phpmyadmin instead of admin/tools/install sql patches?

Re: Image Magnifier

Okie, I redownloaded again just to make sure. I dont know where did you get the current jqzoom package you are using, but it is a very old version. I dont remember having that version available for download anymore.

did you really get it from: http://public.rubikintegration.com/
