Adding multiple shipping options on table rate?

Hi,

We're using the table rate system to calculate shipping cost (weight bands).
I'd like to set up multiple shipping options using this system, i.e.: standard delivery, next day delivery, next day delivery before 1pm, etc.
How would I achieve this?
