Contact us page not showing up

Under configuration/define page status/ define contact us, I have it set to 1= Link ON, Define Text ON, and it is not showing up on the website, https://www.nascarshopnow.com, am I missing something???

I clicked on the Contact Us link on your sitemap page and go to the Contacyt Us page.

If you want the sidebox to show with the Contact Us link - enable the Information sidebox.

Or set it up as an EZ Page and have it in the footer ( or where ever you want it!).

Make sure the EZ Page has a sort order and that the button for where you want the ez page to show up is green.
