REQ: Convert this contrib for Zen Cart

Could someone convert this for zen cart.

addons.oscommerce.com/info/1087

This Contribution is great for dropshippers as it will automatically send the order to the manufacturer. Although I would like to more send an email to confirm it's in stock, then I would process the order.
