Customers getting orders - but no downloads

Ok I think the problem lies here.

This order has no downloads

Order that have downloads do not have the Auth Code: TransID with it.

Ok we had a customer order from the store no downloads I ordered same product five minutes later and downloads were attached. nothing was touched in between.

What you posted compares a completed order against a completely different shopping-cart. What happens if you actually complete checkout with that shopping-cart that properly shows the downloads?

The downloads were there if I go through checkout. So she didn't have them I did at the same time. Our last 6 orders have had no downloads attached.
Here is another example
I had this in my cart [you can see downloads attached]

Most peculiar.

I am using ZenCart and when a client places an order the url with the downloadable content they have purchased does not come up. Is this a ZenCart issue or an issue with the processor.

If you have no download button ... then either:

1 there isn't a download filename on the attribute

2 the Payment Module is set to orders_status <= 2 or >= 4 ...

Each Payment module has an Orders Status where you can set that value ...

By default, Orders Statuses of >= 2 or <= 4 (Processing, Delivered or Updated) are available for immediate download ... anything else will need to be updated in your Admin on the Order to make the download available ...

Might be helpful to know which payment module you're using.
