That message means exactly what it says.

Probably your configure.php files contain invalid paths, or the database settings in them no longer point to a valid database/user/password.

Re: account rename zen cart gone

Ok, I'm confused.

Bluehost is supposed to be a Zen Cart Certified Hoster. If that is true how is it they don't even know the file structure of Zen Cart let alone not knowing how to correctly edit the config files???

Your /includes/configure.php and/or /admin/includes/configure.php file contains invalid path information and/or invalid database-connection information.

If you recently edited your configure.php files for any reason, or maybe moved your site to a different folder or different server, then you'll need to review and update all your settings to the correct values for your server.
That's pretty basic stuff for any Hoster to know.

The learning is in the doing.
