Easy Populate wont upload

Easy Populate wont upload

I had EP installed for me and it appears to work fine. I can d/l no problem. But if I add a new product and then upload only the catagory gets added not the actual product info.. Any Ideas???

Have you assigned Model Numbers (AKA Product Codes, SKU, etc) to your products?

EP will not work unless each product has a Product Code (Model Number (v_model).

Sorry, yes, it's v_products_model

There must be a (unique) value in each cell (if the categories paths are identical)

Yes U have used this before and not had the problem. I am wondering if it is in the install.

If you are using ZC 1.3.8a, then you need EasyPopulate 1.2.5.5.

This is available in the Free Add-ons section.

If this isn't the paid-for version, then no, you got the wrong version...

(And I think EP advanced is now into ver 3 anyway.)

I know it says 1.3.x , but you need 1.2.5.5 for any version of ZC that is greater than 1.3.6

You must flush out your current EP install, including removing the EP dbase tables as the structure for 1.2.5.5. is different.

You may be able to remove the old EP table(s) using phpMyAdmin.
