Error on a Blank Page HELP!

on my main page I get a blank page and a hidden error is:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_update_whos_online() in /home/content/m/o/r/morristech/html/giftshop/includes/init_includes/init_special_funcs.php on line 19

After searching the FAQ/tutorials for "blank page" which solutions did you try?

I did an Debug and gave me that error and I tried everything I still get a blank page.
