products layout

hi i need some help pretty quickly.

I'm building a wine website which requires products to have the following information to be displayed size, quantity, name, price, year of produce, and notes.

obviously i can display quantity, name and price fine..but i will need to add size, year of produce and notes to the admin as well as to the webpage in order to update easily.

So please can somebody help as I'm tearing my hair out on how to do this.

All details can be added to the description easily....

If you must have this as fields in the admin you will need to create your own product type - You can check the default document type installed with the cart to see the variation and consult the tutorials/FAQ's for guidance.
