Int'l Shipping - very confused

I am trying to stay simple, everyone, no matter us or int'l, options are USPS. I registered for web tools, fot activated and moved to production. Went to test on my site (snapsizzlebop.com/zencart) put an item in my cartm clicked on ShippingEstimate and for a us address all went well. But thenI tried Japan (Country) Tokyo (State/Prov) and included a postal code and it didn't work. I read all five pages of the other thread on this topic but it doesn't seem to apply. All purchases treated the same so I did not create any zones. :unsure:

YIPPEE! I finally stumbled on a thread with an attachment update patch and that did the trick.:clap:

Please post that thread so others have a reference if needed. :smile:

The solution for me was the May 2008 patch
