Zen Cart + Real Estate

Hey, I am a new developer who wants to use Zen Cart.

I am going to be using it for a real-estate, deed shopping.

Meaning that there will only be 1 given quantity of each item or deed I list. Is this possible to do with Zen Cart? Also if someone purchases the deed, will it automatically remove or update the site to reflect 0 inventory instead of inventory of 1?

Also, I need two purchasing options. One pay up front, and another to be able to hold the inventory?

Is Zen cart this flexible and can anyone help me out? I would truly appreciate it.

Everything you want to do can be done with a standard installation of zencart.

From the admin configurations you can set the product to be removed once all the products have been sold. (you can give the product 1 quantity when you create it)

Im not exactly sure what you mean by "One pay up front, and another to be able to hold the inventor" but you could give the user a couple of payment options.
e.g. pay via credit card and an adapted pay via cash (e.g. pay later)
Or you could give them one payment option and then use the order status to choose the status of the order.
